Science Week - November 2022
This week has been full of awe and wonder. There has certainly been a buzz. A big thank you to Ms Kingston for organising our Science Week. The children had the opportunity to enjoy a very practical and hands-on science workshop in the hall, as well as many activities in their classes. They also had the chance to listen to one of our governors, Dr. Hudson, talk about the connections between all living things. They looked at some of his collection of animal skeletons and discussed their similarities, as well as extract DNA from a strawberry! Once again, a big thank you to Dr. Hudson for all his help. Such enrichment opportunities are a really important part of our wider curriculum offer and are certainly very memorable for the children.
