SATs RESULTS

Throughout the year, pupils are prepared for their KS2 SATs exams in Reading, Spelling, Punctuation & Grammar and Maths. Importance is placed on the strategies for how to approach questions in timed conditions and pupils put this into practise during our Mock SATs practice. Pupils are adequately prepared and feel comfortable when faced with the KS2 SATs exams in May.

There are no progress figures for 2024 as KS1 SATS 2020 were suspended due to the Covid 19 pandemic.

2024 KS2 SATS results:

• pupils’ average score in the reading test: 103.6
• pupils’ average score in the maths test: 103.9
• % of pupils who’ve achieved the expected standard in reading, writing and maths: 63%
• % of pupils who’ve achieved a higher standard in reading, writing and maths: 2%
